Above that, each extra is billed on the month’s peak, and a spend limit you set blocks changes that would go over it. Billed yearly, it’s €91.80 a year: 15% off.

Set your expected peak usage. The estimate uses the same prices as billing.
The €9 base covers the included amounts. Above them, each item is billed in blocks on its highest count during the month. For example, if you run 60 monitors for two days and 20 for the rest of the month, that month includes 2 extra blocks of 25 monitors: €8. Removing things before the month ends doesn’t lower that month’s bill; the next month starts from your new count. Notification emails are counted differently: on the month’s total, not the peak.
Price changes. We never raise your price automatically. Before any increase, we give you at least 60 days’ notice, and a yearly plan keeps its price until its next renewal. Read the price-change policy (draft).

A short spike costs the same as keeping it all month. Notification emails are the exception: they’re billed on the month’s total, 10,000 included, then €0.50 per 1,000.

Email pauses; nothing else does. On the free plan, after 2,000 notification emails in a month, updates aren’t emailed to subscribers until the next month. On the paid plan, 10,000 a month are included, then €0.50 per 1,000. Email pauses only if sending an update would take your estimate past your spend limit, and resumes with the next update once you raise or remove the limit. Your status page, webhooks, RSS/Atom feeds and Discord and Slack channels (paid plan) keep updating, and your organization’s owners get one email saying so.
Yes. Set a monthly spend limit; changes that would take your estimate above it are blocked. Safety caps also stop a mistake from running up a bill.
